I had a fantastic stay at a cozy ground floor flat in Kendal. The flat was beautifully clean and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to the train station and the center of Kendal. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful messages from the owners before my arrival. The fact that they welcomed dogs was also a great feature, even though I didn't have one myself. I had a lovely little getaway and I will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The flat had everything we needed and every detail had been thought of. The sunny garden was a plus. Communication was excellent and we found convenient parking nearby. The bike storage in the large shed was perfect.

The blinds in the bedroom didn't shut out daylight, making it too bright in the morning. The shower had weak pressure and needed to be hand-held, not ideal at the price.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The owners were super friendly and even left us a welcome pack with tea, coffee, and biscuits. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, including an electric kettle and cookware. The living room was cozy despite a slight damp smell. The flat also had a flat-screen TV for entertainment. We loved that pets were allowed and there were even blankets and water bowls provided for our furry friends. The location was fantastic, close to the train station and town center. We stored our bikes safely in the large shed and took advantage of the nearby hiking and canoeing opportunities. Plus, the south-facing Yarden was a jaw-dropping spot for soaking up the sunshine. We wish we had known about the sister property, the Hare, so we could have invited friends along. Communication with the owners was brilliant, and they gave us great advice on parking options. We opted for the £2 a day car park on the next road, but there was also convenient curbside parking available. this was an amazing little getaway and we can't wait to come back. We absolutely loved it!
